Gail brings over three decades of corporate experience to her curriculum. Her career in the cruise, resort, restaurant, corporate sponsorship, event and hospitality industries focused on business development, sales, marketing and operations. She continues to guide and learn from hundreds of corporations comprised of small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Past and present clients include: Southwest Airlines, Pepsi, BMW, Mercedes, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Chubb Insurance, Guinness Import Company, Born Footwear, Marriott Corporation, Ahold, US Army and Berkshire Hathaway.

SALES, LEADERSHIP, CURIOUSITY, POSITIVITY
Gail has been “selling” since she was 7 years old. Her leadership skills were sharpened through the Girl Scouts, 4-H, high school and university clubs and activities. Her curiosity is inspired by her avid travels throughout the world including backpacking through Europe and studying in France and England during her years at Tufts. Positivity? Gail is a pragmatic optimist and grateful for every heartache and blessing in her life.

Educator
An adjunct professor at The University of Rhode Island since 1999 and Salve Regina University since 2015, Gail has instructed in departments including Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Business and Marketing. She creates, curates and customizes all of her curriculum. She has been a guest lecturer at Brown University, Swarthmore College, Tufts University, Northeastern University, High Point University, Rutgers and others. She is the Executive in Residence for the Western Connecticut State University Career Center and created the inaugural course: Workplace Professionalism for Career Success.

Humanitarian
Gail believes that the happiest and most successful people are those with the ability to look beyond themselves and get involved! She has been volunteering in Haiti for the Haitian Health Foundation since the age of 19 and serves on non-profit boards focused on hunger, education, health and business. Her core belief? Service to others is an “opportunity” versus an “obligation”.

Author
Gail’s book, Your Someday Is NOW – What Are YOU Waiting For? was published in April 2014. The updated second edition was published in February 2020. Focused on work/life integration, leadership and personal branding, over $40,000 has been raised for local and international non-profits through sales of the book. 100% of sales benefit nonprofit organizations including: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Center, Haitian Health Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Newport, International Festivals and Events Association, etc…

& Podcast
Gail has written and hosted her radio show “Leadership at ALL Levels” on 3G Broadcasting/ WADK 1540AM since 2015.
Guests include local and national leaders and influencers living their lives to the fullest. Her show is lively – to say the least!

WEDDING OFFICIANT
In 2017, Gail’s former intern asked her to officiate his wedding. Subsequently, Gail has officiated nuptials in Newport, Rhode Island and other states throughout the nation – including a destination wedding in Palm Beach. She enjoys assisting couples with impactful vows and meaningful content for one of the most special days of their lives.
