Several ideas include "Walking Wednesday" where staff take a 30 min. walk with someone outside of their dept. or a student to better understand their role/work/issue, Frozen Friday once a month with a little social celebrating great things within the building for students/staff and have it be a healthy smoothie or frozen yogurt, etc. We couldn't have had a better “kick-off to the semester” speaker! Hi Gail, I just wanted to let you know I sent your article, "Leadership At ALL Levels Get to Versus Have To” to my grandmother who is living in an assisted living community.
